Our DLC / MLC (Digital Logic Controller) is a state-of-the-art
microprocessor-based stroke length controller.

- Our DLC controllers maintain the industry's highest accuracy: +0.5% over a 10:1 turndown range
- Input signal variations as low as 0.02 mA are registered and converted into 0.1% stroke length adjustments.
- Input and output signals are both completely isolated.
- Up to 32 controllers can be networked - acting independently or slaved to one master pump
- Digital signal control allows simple setup of reverse acting control, split ranging, and batch control.
- Analog signals of 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA, 1-5 mA, or 1-5 VDC can be used to control the pump
- OR - use RS485 communications to tie the DLC directly into a SCADA pacakge through MODBUS protocol - SAVING YOU MONEY!
- On-line controller and system diagnostics.
